Cookie Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on www.darbagency.com, what each one does, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

DARB GROUP LIMITED, trading as DARB Agency, registered in England and Wales, company number 16756223, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember things between pages and visits. Some technologies do a similar job without storing a file, such as tracking pixels, which are tiny images that tell a server you loaded a page.

2. Your choice

The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing in the analytics category runs until you say yes. Rejecting is one click, exactly like accepting, and the site works the same either way.

You can change your mind at any time. Select “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to reopen the panel and change or withdraw your choice. We keep a record of what you chose for 12 months.

3. What we use

Strictly necessary

These make the site work and do not need your consent. They cannot be switched off.

The contact form also includes hidden fields that catch automated spam. They store nothing on your device.

Analytics, only with your consent

These tell us which pages people read and how they found us. We use that to decide what to write and what to fix. Nothing in this category runs unless you accept.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google does not store IP addresses in Google Analytics 4. We do not use Analytics data for advertising. Google’s own explanation is at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

We also use Metricool, provided by Metricool Software SL in Spain, to count page views. Metricool uses a tracking pixel rather than a cookie, so it stores nothing on your device, but it does receive your IP address, the page you are on and the site that referred you. We treat it as analytics and it only runs if you accept.

Performance measurement without cookies

Framer, which hosts this site, counts page views for us in a way that stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. It runs whatever you choose.

4. We do not use advertising cookies

We run no advertising or retargeting tags on this site. We do not share your browsing behaviour with advertising networks and we do not sell it.

5. Embedded content

Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook open on those companies’ own sites. We do not embed their players or widgets in our pages, so they set nothing on your device while you are here. Once you follow a link, that company’s own policies apply.

6. Controlling cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, for any site or all sites. Doing so may break parts of other websites you use. The instructions for each browser are on its own support pages, and aboutcookies.org explains the process in plain terms.

7. Questions and complaints

Email hello@darbagency.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Changes

If we add or remove a tool, we update this table and the date at the top. If a change means we need to ask you again, we will.
